REFUND & CANCELLATIONS
Please note that any deposit paid is non-refundable. Additionally, if on the day of your scheduled treatment we determine that your skin is not suitable for the selected treatment, the deposit will not be refunded. For your convenience and peace of mind, we strongly recommend scheduling an online consultation with us if you have any concerns about your eligibility for the treatment.
RESCHEDULE & LATENESS
To reschedule an appointment, please make sure to notify us at least 48 hours in advance. In case of a no-show or lateness of more than 10 minutes, the appointment will be considered cancelled, and your deposit will not be refunded.
SECOND EMBROIDERY SESSION
We highly recommend completing the second embroidery treatment session within one month of the first session. Please note that this treatment is only valid for three months. Once the validity period has passed, this treatment will be forfeited. Please also note that it is strictly non-transferable and non-refundable.
PACKAGES, VOUCHERS & CREDITS
All packages, vouchers and credits come with a limited validity period and cannot be extended, refunded, or transferred. Session(s) will be forfeited once the treatment package has expired.
